Terms and Conditions for Social Media Calendar
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RTP Social GenieSocial Media Calendar (“Calendar”) provided on Google Sheets by ReviewThatPlace.com(“Owner”).
Upon purchase of the Calendar, you will receive an email containing a unique link to access the Calendar on Google Sheets. Each Calendar is provided to one (1) email address only. Sharing or distributing the Calendar to multiple email addresses is strictly prohibited.
The Calendar is a digital product, which means it is ready for download immediately after purchase. There are no shipping fees or waiting periods. Once purchased, the Calendar is yours to use forever.
All digital and instant download purchases are non-refundable. Since there is no way for usto determine whether you have printed the design, we cannot issue refunds. If you have anyquestions or concerns about your order, please feel free to contact us anytime.
To fully utilize the features of the Calendar, purchasers are required to install the “SheetGPT” Google Sheets add-on. This add-on is necessary for the proper functioning of the RTP Social Genie features within the Calendar. The add-on can be obtained from the Google Workspace Marketplace.
As a purchaser of the Calendar, you will be provided access to any updates made to the sheet. This includes any changes, improvements, or additions to the Calendar’s content and functionality.
The Calendar and its content are the intellectual property of the creator. By purchasing theCalendar, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use theCalendar for personal and professional use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or sharethe Calendar without the express written consent of the creator.
The creator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, orconsequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Calendar. Thecreator does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Calendar’scontent, and your use of the Calendar is at your own risk.
The creator reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes willbe effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Calendar after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to the use of the Calendar shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the creator is located.
