By registering and participating in the ReviewThatPlace.com Affiliate Program (the “Program”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”).
To be eligible for the Program, you must be 18 years of age or older. Corporations and businesses are also eligible to participate.
To participate in the Program, you must complete the Affiliate Registration Form and be approved by ReviewThatPlace.com. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
As an affiliate, you are responsible for promoting ReviewThatPlace.com by placing our advertisements, banners, and/or links on your website, email, or other appropriate channels.
Commissions are paid on valid sales that result from your referral. The current commission structure will be communicated after acceptance into the Program. Payments will be made on a weekly basis via the method specified in your account.
Affiliates are prohibited from using any illegal or unethical methods of promotion. This includes, but is not limited to, spamming, false advertising, and any form of misleading tactics.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination. Upon the termination of this Agreement for any reason, all licenses granted hereunder shall immediately terminate.
We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion.
ReviewThatPlace.com will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program.
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which ReviewThatPlace.com operates.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you are agreeing to be legally bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register for or participate in the Program.
