Terms and Conditions for Social Media Management Services

01. Services:

RTP Social Solution agrees to provide the Client with social media management services, asoutlined in the Service Agreement. Services may include, but are not limited to, content creation, account management, community engagement, and analytics reporting.

02. Payment:

The Client will pay RTP Social Solution the agreed-upon fee each month. The exact amount, due date, accepted payment methods, and policies surrounding late payments should be clearly defined.

03. Term and Termination:

This is a month-to-month agreement and either party may terminate it at any time with written notice, as outlined in the termination clause.

04. Intellectual Property:

All content created by RTP Social Solution will become the property of the Client upon full payment. RTP Social Solution is prohibited from using this content for other clients or purposes without the Client’s written consent.

05. Confidentiality:

RTP Social Solution is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all Client information and is prohibited from disclosing this information to third parties without the Client’s written consent.

06. Indemnification:

Both parties agree to indemnify and hold each other harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses caused by the negligence or misconduct of the other party.

07. Limitation of Liability:

RTP Social Solution’s liability for any claim relating to these services will be limited to the amount paid by the Client for these services. Data Privacy: RTP Social Solution agrees to comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws and regulations.

09. Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or court proceedings, as outlined in the agreement.

10. Force Majeure:

Neither party will be held responsible for a delay or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond their control, such as acts of God, government actions, or natural disasters.

11. Governing Law:

This agreement is governed by the laws of the specific jurisdiction, Orlando, Florida.

12. Amendment:

Changes or amendments to this agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
